Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped from our location. Once items have been shipped and the tracking number has been created, The Grove is no longer liable for that package. If there is an issue (delay, lost package, etc) please contact the mail carrier to resolve that issue.
